Partnering with real estate firm Ustler Development, the Moxy Hotel will be a 174-key hotel and integral part of Downtown Orlando’s Creative Village master plan, which will include the Apex Residences and Nexus Offices.

The Marriott-branded hotel will be the first in Central Florida and will feature on-site meeting space and conference rooms to host events for the district.
