Amenities include a pool, event space, fitness area and access to extensive ground floor retail throughout Avalon.
The ground floor also includes a destination restaurant and bar, South City Kitchen.
Conference facilities include 32,000 net square feet of meeting space including an exhibit hall and ballroom. An associated parking garage includes 458 parking spaces.
